We offer cool-touch finish options, light-colored overlays and textured coatings that reflect sun instead of absorbing it. A properly specified deck stays 15–20°F cooler than standard gray concrete.
Expansion joints at the coping and proper control joint spacing handle the movement between pool shell and deck slab. Done right, you shouldn't see cracking at the edge.
Yes. We tint, stamp, or finish to tie into existing coping, house color, and surrounding hardscape. We bring samples to the estimate so you can see it in context.
Yes. We use chlorine-compatible sealers and UV-stable pigments designed for pool environments. Splashed pool water won't fade, stain, or etch the finish.
