Most residential patios are completed in 2–4 days from demo (if needed) to final finish. Cure time adds another few days before heavy furniture. Tom gives you a realistic timeline during the estimate.
Yes. That's most of what we do. We match colors and textures to existing brickwork, stone walls, or pool decks so the patio looks original to the house, not added-on.
It depends on the look you want and the surrounding hardscape. Broom finish is the classic, most durable option. Stamped gives you the look of natural stone at a lower cost. Colored adds warmth without the pattern. We'll bring samples to your estimate.
Every concrete slab develops hairline movement over time. That's why we cut control joints at the right spacing. A properly poured, reinforced, and jointed patio should stay crack-free in visible areas for 20+ years.
If the underlying slab is structurally sound but the surface is worn, we can apply a thin-bonded overlay to restore color and texture, usually at a fraction of replacement cost.
Yes, fully licensed in New Jersey and insured for liability and workers' comp. Certificates of insurance available on request.
